Whether you have suffered smoke damage, a small grease fire or a large loss house fire, Professional Home Care leaves no repairs overlooked.  Our fire restoration process begins with boarding up all areas of your home or business that are left exposed to the elements, such as ceilings, windows and doors, protecting your contents from any further damage.  Our cleaning staff then packs up your personal property, moves your furniture to our ozone room, and cleans and stores your contents until all the restoration work is completed on the structure.  As licensed general contractors, we then start tearing out and rebuilding your home or business.  All tear-out, painting and carpentry work is performed and supervised by our Fire Restoration technicians, not subcontractors.

PHC will prepare a comprehensive estimate for the fire damage to the property.  While writing the estimate, we determine what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced.  With over 40 years of fire damage restoration experience, our estimators ensure that all repairs are covered in our estimate so that supplements are kept to a minimum.  Once the homeowners have moved back in, the only reminder of the fire will be how great their new and improved home looks.
