Lillington missed out on the light snowfall that Raleigh and areas north saw overnight.  Although the temperatures are going to rebound in the mid-60s again this week, I wanted to share some winter safety tips with you in the event we get another taste of the cold this winter.

Digital Photo Inventory

In efforts to provide even better customer service to both the homeowners we work with and their insurance companies, PHC is proud to announce that last month, we rolled out a Photo Inventory system as our new way to document, store and inventory homeowner contents digitally. This new system replaces the need to handwrite each individual item that is packed up during the pack out process and takes the guess work out of locating the exact box the item was packed in when the contents are stored in the warehouse.

Katie and Josh are Certified Restorers

PHC is proud to announce that Katie and Josh Smith have successfully completed all facets and requirements of the Restoration Industry Association's Certified Restorer (CR) advanced certification program and are the RIA's newest CRs!  They travelled to Colorado in March to receive their honors at the RIA's National Convention.  Congratulations to both and special congratulations to Katie for becoming North Carolina's first female Certified Restorer. 

 

PHC voted Large Business of the Year

The Lillington Area Chamber of Commerce named Professional Home Care its Large Business of the Year at their Annual Banquet on February 24th.  PHC was recognized for its 29 years of service to homeowners in the Lillington area along with those in twelve other counties and its sponsorship and continued help throughout the community. 

PHC will host CE classes in May

PHC will host two CE classes in May.  Each class will be worth 6 CE hours and will be taught by an IICRC instructor.

The Odor Removal Class will be on May 10th from 8am-3pm.  The class will focus on the anatomy of an odor and the different odor removal procedures.  This is a hands on course with classroom demonstrations.  Each attendee will be given a manual to keep.
