Professional Home Care uses a thorough process when it comes to drying out your property.  It is imperative for the water to be removed as quickly as possible after a loss occurs.  Our technicians are educated in water restoration technology and understand how to comprehensively return your home or business back to a pre-loss condition.  We use a complement of dehumidifiers and air movers to circulate warm, dry air throughout the building.

PHC understands that for as many types of water losses, there are as many types of building products.  Our technicians are knowledgeable about the differences and will custom fit the drying technique to your property.  We begin by monitoring the building for moisture using meters to determine the extent of water migration.  We then remove all excess water with truck mounted or portable extraction equipment.  Removal of floor, wall or ceiling coverings to expose the surface beneath is done if the technician deems necessary.  We will monitor the progress and remove the equipment when it is dry.

We also put everything back together.  As a turn-key General Contractor we are able to restore your property back to the way it was.  We have our own interior design store that makes it easy and convenient to choose new floor coverings, paint and anything else needed for the inside of your home or business.
